I kept it because I didn't want to dismantle the steamer in order to return it. It's ok, but not for the price. I own Rowentas Iron which I highly recommend. Now that is powerful and worth the expense. I was looking for something with the Power of the iron with a faster and easier result. I iron quite a bit so I need something fast and quick. Eventually technology will catch up or I'll hit the lottery and I'll get someone to iron for me.

Happy with the quality of the iron and ease of ironing!
Like the ease of ironing all clothes and linens. It is light, and the fact that we don't have to regulate temperature is just awesome.

Good product
I like my Rowenta steamer. However, the tank doesn't hold a lot water and I wish the table could tilt straight. Overall a good product and quality.

Hot wheels needed!
I love everything about this product with one exception: the wheels are very small and inefficient at moving the steamer from place to place. It has been very difficult to move on carpet and hard surfaces. If that is corrected, it would be perfect!

Adjusting to the IXEO - not what I expected
I did not expect the product to be all plastic... Upon assembly we broke a little plastic tab that locks one piece into another. I worry that the product will not hold up.

Ok and needs improvement
The steam works great and does the job well, but the construction could use some improvement. The ironing board has a plastic base, and since it's something you have to use daily, I don't think it will last more than 5 months before breaking. It would also be nice if it came with a rotating hanger with shoulders to better fit men's t-shirts. Overall, I'm still getting used to it, but the performance of the steam itself is solid.
