I love this iron, it gets the job done, if I had known it is such a good iron I would have been bought it, I hesitate d because of the price! it is worth the price I paid for! This is the only brand of iron I will buy from now on!!! loving it!!!

I'm happy with this particular iron. I have purchased Rowenta's irons in the past and I must say for the price. This is a pretty good one. Steam works very good and I like the fact that it gets pretty hot as well.

Rowenta irons have changed. They don't seem to run as hot as they used to. Every Rowenta that I have had, has eventually leaked and the cord would disconnect and it wasn't able to turn on. I tolerated it because it was a heavy, hot iron. Now, it's not hot. Also, the steam and spray buttons are in a bad position. If you hold your hand too high on the iron, you can't avoid hitting the sprayer. It's a shame, these irons were always the best.

Disappointed as it does not get as hot as my old Rowenta. Only had it a couple weeks and it's already spitting. The design has me always hitting the spray button since I put my hand at the top of the handle. It only gives constant steam when it wants to. Have been sewing for over 50 years and quilting for 30.

I use my iron extensively for sewing and ironing clothing. It is a big improvement from my previous Rowenta that has lasted a very long time. Crisp dress cotton shirts are the result of ironing with this iron. It is a bit heavier than my previous iron, but worth the results.

This is my second iron and I love it more than my first one. I bought my first Rowenta iron about 10 years ago. It's still working great but my nephew was moving and needed an iron so I gave him mine and I got a new one. Ironing without much effort and clothes look great.

This Rowenta iron is great. It does not take much effort or time when you need to have your outfits look there best.

Very smooth handling. A little awkward to hold: accidentally push the water spray button because the grip is somewhat awkward. (It is a learning process.)

Not a great replacement for the 7080. Plastic parts don't quite fit together, plate isn't completely crimped around corners. Lots of sloppy construction details. Feels less stable when upright. Overall a knock-off of previously great Rowenta craftsmanship. Such a bummer that there's no premier irons left.
