Did everything I needed.
I had read some reviews that this product made home VHS videos darker... well i had no trouble. I would suggest buying a red, yellow, white to yellow & white video cord. It produces the best quality of picture and video. Thankfully I already had this cord. Overall, it helped my documentary and I'm definitely recording all my VHS tapes to DVD when I'm done with this project. 2 Thumbs way up!

Roxio Easy Setup
I have a MAC and this was a very easy setup. Was able to save all my VHS onto my computer.

Returning non-working unit.
Roxio item box had obviously been opened and retaped. Item did not function as expected. I have an older version which worked just fine in its day. This new one does not have the options and preferences as before. It just general sucks.

Item did not work when it arrived.
The ordering and in store pick-up was easy and efficient. The problem was when we brought the iutem home and tried to use it, "IT DID NOT WORK." The return process with the receipt was quick and easy. Just make sure that you have your method of payment with you when you return it for credit or you will have to get a Walmart gift card in that amount.
