Challenging but worth it
The product is as good as the last Royal I had but just a little confusing to get started on programming it. But if you have a young person around, get them on it since they are always on the phone,they understand more than an older person as myself. He got it done in nothing flat and we are up and running. Would like if the end of day reading was larger.Hard to read.

Problems with set-up
The paperwork in the box was no help with setting up this cash register. I looked for videos to help, but there are none that I can find so I still have not set up my cash register because I don't know how. Please Help!! This was supposed to be very helpful to my business but now is a frustrating item just sitting there. I'm not sure where to look next for instructions to set up the keys on the cash register Super frustrated customer🥲

Terrible Operation Manual
There are operational issues with this design cash register. Terrible operation manual. There are tons of instructions completely left out of the manual. Whoever made the book, has never operated one! I've reset mine three times already
