Great product, works very well. I would recommend it to others. Prompt delivery. I was very unhappy with Federal Express as a delivery company. They lied and said they left it on my porch when in fact they left it in the street under my mailbox where anyone passing by could have stolen it. Not my first bad experience with FedEx.
We were using 3 pitchers with filters and struggling to keep them full. Finally decided to try out the Royal Berkey, and we are so glad that we did! The water tastes great!! The container is very attractive. The filters last for tens of thousands of gallons. And it barely takes up any room.
The Berkey was delivered fast and set up was easy. We love having it for our better water! It holds so much more than our old counter top pur water filter!
Top was dented in several places due to zero packaging around the Berkey inside the box and the bottom has big dent .may return
