Good quality, good value. I like that it can be extended to fit inside a wide drawer. Extended to its widest position provides sufficient amount of divided spaces for separation of Various kitchen tools. However, I wish it could extend several inches more to fit the entire width of my drawer which would prevent the unit from sliding around every time the drawer is pulled open and pushed in to close. All in all, it's a good product.

Wow! I love this wooden Silverware tray, and how it pulls out to become a bigger piece. All the sections are usable! I'd seen this in some homes I'd visited, but could never find the correct one. I'm very glad I ordered this gem! It's perfect for me!

This Bamboo Kitchen Drawer Organizer is a replacement for the one I bought a few years ago. The old one lasted 4 years. It is a good silverware organizer.

IN MY OPINION THIS ITEM IS GREAT I LOVE THE QUALITY WOOD VERY NICE. HOWEVER FOR THE HOME IT WAS ORDERD FOR IT WAS TO BIG FOR THE DRAWS. SO IF YOUR KITCHEN OR AREA HAS SMALL DRAWS THEN I WOULD LOOK AT SOMETHING SMALLER.

I ordered these items from local store, with the intentions of using Curbside Pickup. Website, said this, and 2 other items, were in stock, and could be picked up, around 6 pm. Placed the order, After doing so, I was1 notified, 1 item was not in stock, and the other 2, including this item, were going to be delivered, which defeated the purpose of Curbside Service. THEN, your chosen delivery company, FED EX, put a hold on those 2 packages, and I ended up, having to go to the FED EX facility, to get my packages. I'll never order anything from Walmart, online, again.

Although it seems of good quality the item arrived broken, not glued or nailed together properly. I did have to glue the one piece back together. Hopefully it will function properly now.

I ordered two of this item and they both came broken I was still able to use them but the entire front wooden piece on both fell off straight out of the box. Very cheaply made. L

It takes up a lot more space then my old one, to the point where I can only keep 2/3 of silverware in it than with my old one. Debating on returning it.

Wrapped in durable plastic, but when opened the product fell apart in pieces. Glue holding it together was dried and yellow. Small tacks were far to shallow to hold it together when the glue failed. The wood is shockingly thin, and would never hold up for long. Shame as it is a beautiful looking piece in the photos.

This item was so badly damaged when I tried to use it I almost threw it away. Good thing I didn't because they are insisting I return it in order to get a refund. Even though that means I have to waste 2 hours out of my day getting to FedEx and burn 2 gallons of gas at nearly $6 a gallon they refuse to give a refund for this piece of junk any other way. I could take pictures but that would be too easy. Walmart wants to be a complete pain in the butt. So this means I probably will be boycotting them again for another 10 years. I tried with them but they really are completely unreasonable and the merchandise really is crap.
