This BBQ impressed me, came with many features. Has an adjustable charcoal height level. Easily adjusts with hand crank. The grill has two separate pieces , easy to remove top grill. Comes with incorporated temperature gauge. Has 2 shelves to have a place to set food. Love the ash tray easily to remove like a drawer. With this BBQ You can place on a deck or balcony because it traps the charcoal ash as your cooking. Unlike other messy brands. Has a Stainless steel tray for cooking vegetables or smaller foods like shrimp. I was so impressed by this unit our family purchased two. The only thing of concern is the assembly time
I love it! It was pretty easy to put together and the instructions were great and I did it by myself. Grills beautifully and I hope to have it for years to come!
Brought it for a gift. He said, he loves how it cooks. He would recommend it, if you love to grill like me.
What's not to love. It has a shelf on each side that comes in handy when cooking. It's easy to adjust temp, with shelf movement, just crank handle. Tray tips to move old ash and front door makes drip pan come out easy. wheels on one side makes it easy to move around. Instruction are pictures only, so take your time and be patient, that is only draw back. I would take away a half star for the set up if possible. But once up.... we love it.
I love everything about it. I like the way the rack could be raised and lowered. I like the door to the coals where you can stoke the fire without taking your whole rack of food off to do so. I also like the handy side trays and room for things underneath. Cant be beat for the price I paid. Good deal.
Very nice quality for a reasonable price. My senior husband assembled and it turned out great. Just used at a family BBQ. Followed directions for curing and making the grill ready to use. It has a lot of nice features not normally seen in a BBQ of this price, like a thermometer/adjustable grill/dump bin for used charcoal and two really handy shelves that fold up when not in use. It is a smaller size only 24 inches, but just right for a cookout of smaller proportions. We cooked 12 chicken tenders first then 4 large steaks. Everyone enjoyed the food so the grill is a success.
Instructions were good but not specific enough on the first four steps in building base rolling cart. Hole alignment is not mentioned until adding the final shelving system before you relize pilot holes are present and unless lucky, will not be situated correctly. lastly, many do not match well throughout build and flexing entire construct to align holes took far too long.
Love the grill, hated the assembly. The instructions are not detailed enough. It has to be put together with the right sides matching up, and the legs turned the right way, or at the end, you're in trouble. Make sure the legs are turned the right direction, and on the right side they are supposed to be on.That's the trick to the whole assembly. I had to redo it, and it caused my tray to be sloppy on the bottom. But I didn't want to fight with it anymore, so I just stuck another tray under in case it drops anything. But the grill works great. There is ALLOT of assembly!!
This grill is beyond frustrating! I don't mind whatsoever putting things together, but this was absolutely ridiculous to put together! The tray for the charcoal was bent when it arrived not allowing to install properly. The pen for the bar to raise and lower the charcoal great was very flimsy and also not allowing that piece to work properly. However, once everything was put together after 4 hours, it was pretty sturdy. But now I'm going to have to contact customer service because the plate where the charcoal is supposed to rest on does not fit properly and try and get a new PIN for the crank to work correctly. If you're insistent on getting this grill I would suggest paying the price to have it assembled it beats the headache you will have afterwards!
To start off they sent 2 of the same leg so i had to do some enginering to make it work. then after all of that i use it 1 time and all the paint chips off and it already has surface rust all over it. Paid 120.00 for yhis and i would have been better off buyong a 40$ grill. this thing is horrible.
