Great to write on a chalkboard painted circle
Made a Grinch countdown to Christmas sign with a wood circle painted with chalkboard paint. regular chalk would not eork so bought these pens which wirked great. have they don't dry up so can be used again next year.

The package says that it easily erases but I was unable to erase it at all.

Didn't last long at all. Small one didn't even work no matter what I did. The big one the paint just poured out at one point

The ink spreads and is very pale. Have to do multiple coats to see anything, even on a black background. However, multiple coats then leads to more spreading!

Worst chalk markers ever, do not recommend!!!
I use a LOT of white chalk markers for the various projects I do. I found myself in a bind - we were having a party and I realized I was out of my usual brand of white chalk markers. I bought this set because it was the only brand available in the time-frame I needed the markers. What a waste of time and money! The markers in this set are terrible. Two of the three markers were dried out and would not work no matter how much I tried to get them to work. I finally got the third marker to sort of work, but the ink was VERY runny and translucent. Not at all like the chalk markers I am used to. It was basically unusable. Of course, I had to go without the chalk markers for the party we had (made do with white colored pencils). Having to make a separate trip to the store to return this set was not even worth the trip into town (which is a 40-minute drive), so I just threw them away. Waste of money. I do NOT recommend this set at all! Completely NOT worth it.
