This was so easy to use and really upgraded my paintings.
I thought this medium worked pretty well. The paint spread very smoothly and helped save on paint. It was fairly competitive price but could be cheaper. I don't feel like it changed the color of my paint colors at all and made the paint pouring easier.
The acrylic paint pouring medium significantly enhanced my fluid art projects. Its consistency facilitated smooth pouring and optimal color blending. The drying time was consistent, allowing for precise control over the creative process. The resulting finishes were vibrant, glossy, and exhibited excellent adhesion. A must-have for acrylic pouring enthusiasts.
I received the Royal @ Langnickel pouring medium for free as apart of the BzzAgent sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I never tried using pouring medium before so I was very happy to get to try it. I just followed the directions on the bottle to mix 50/50 pouring medium/paint, layered the colors of my choice in a cup, poured on the canvas, lilted the canvas until the paint covered it. It was simple and it came out beautifully. The colors stayed bright even when it was totally dried. Now that I've tried it I am definitely going to do a art project with my grandchildren. They will really enjoy it and have a piece of art that they made to take home.
I have always seen the pictures and videos online where people pour the paint onto the canvas and it looks marbled and I have never been able to achieve that. With this it came out amazing and I can't wait to print my daughters footprint right in the center and showcase my pretty new art.
I am not a professional painter but I do enjoy painting in my spare time. I've wanted to try paint pouring, and I'm so happy I did. It is a lot of fun and I enjoy getting to wait and see what the results will be. I like that the instructions on how to do paint pouring are on the paint bottle label. This Royal Langnickel Pouring Medium is great. I tried it with just a couple of acrylic paint colors on a small white canvas. I will say it is a bit messy, but also a lot of and you don't know what it will look like when you're done. But it looks so cool. Even my boys had fun with it. I'll be getting more soon.
I have been doing art my whole life, but have never attempted to create poured art before. I received this medium as a part of a sampling campaign, and I'm so glad I did, otherwise I don't know if I would have ever attempted pouring art. This medium was easy to work with, and allowed my paints to shine through without compromising the pigmentation. I will need to practice more before I feel comfortable giving the results away as gifts, but I am confident this product will amplify the speed of my progress.
I received this product as part of a free sample program and I am so happy I got to try it! This pouring medium is perfect for using on wood or canvas and perfectly makes paint the right consistency to pour. I love that you can add a little or a lot and it changes the paint effects. You have to try it.
This was a good green color but it was more of a medium/regular/kelly green than a dark green. However, there were lots of bubbles in both the green and yellow paint, even before adding the pouring medium. The green and yellow paint were also much thicker than my other acrylic paint so when i tried to move my canvas after pouring, it did not budge much. I ended up using a white and blue paint I had (another brand) to try it with the pouring medium and got much better results. Perhaps the suggested 50/50 ratio on the medium was not the best ratio for the paints provided.
No matter how much I added to my paints they just seemed to get thicker and frothy. So all my paints looked like thick and foamy, adding water just made them all sticky. I wasted a lot of paint trying to get this to work. I'm never going to buy this again, if I'm out of pouring medium and am desperate I'll just use water instead of wasting my money.
