Royal & Langnickel Technical Drawing Keep N' Carry™ Art Set

As someone that has designed many rooms in the past using a ruler, stencil, and pencil, this technical drawing set has everything that I could have asked for. Each piece is study and the clear plastic is great to be able to see what you have already done as you work across the page. I was excited to open the kit when I got it, and immediately went to work on the dining room designs for a restaurant concept we are working on. The fact each piece has a place to store it, zippers shut, and has a carry strap is a huge bonus. If you like drafting, this is definitely a set you need to have.

I have used this kit for about a week now. The tools feel great in your hand. This allows for easy use and flawless lines. The book as well is constructed wonderfully. This is great for the beginner too get a feel for the tools of the trade. However, an expert would love this as well.

Awesome deal with everything you need to get you started. The eraser works surprisingly well. Other bundle kits that I've gotten in the past included erasers that hardly erased. Pencils work great for shading. Rulers came in handy. The carrying bag is nice and neutral.

Although I do not consider myself to be an artist, I sure enjoyed tinkering with this set. I found the graphite pencils and eraser to be high quality. It had a compass, ruler, and protractors to use for fun designing. It is great to have a soft case to put everything back into to keep it organized. I think this is a great starter kit! The hardcover sketchbook portfolio is a great addition to this set. The paper is heavy weight and it will be nice to have a keepsake of future drawings.

My daughter grabbed this set as soon as I received it. She is taking geometry this year, and loves the fact that this set has everything she needs to get her work done. It's a quality set, that asp comes in a nice, quality case. The case is nice, because it keeps all the tools together, and prevents them from getting lost or broken. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids taking geometry.

This drawing set is overall quite user friendly. I like the protective carrying case as it keeps all the tools organized and is pretty light weight. It's easy to store as I take it to different venues to do my drawings. The protractor is very light yet feels durable. The graphite pencils are comfortable to use. The variety of rulers make it easy to to draw many different shapes and lines. Furthermore, this helps to simplify the drawing of details and measurements. This drawing set is great to have for artist of any level.

I loved this! I got everything I needed to start drawing. I've always enjoyed drawing but usually just doodles. I bought a book showing how to draw Pokemon and I needed something to really up my game. This was perfect! My only minor complaint was the eraser wasn't as solid as I hoped but tbh I rarely find erasers that are up to my standards. In particular I really liked the graphite pencils included!

This kit had everything needed for on the go. Amazing storage pockets that held each item in place. The pencils were good enough but definitely not the best. They smudged easily, maybe too easily and shading with them was more difficult than others I have used. This is definitely a kit I would buy as a gift for some one who needed a place to start on their art and drawing journey

This set was provided as a free sample program, however this review is my own. This set is really great. Nice quality pencils and erasers and clear see-thru ruler/protractor, and triangles so you can see what is under them while drawing. Everything from the pencils to the eraser are of excellent quality!

I love the zippered case to hold all my accessories, more than the few pieces that came with the set. The pencil is an outstanding drawing tool due to its high-density lead, which resists breakage and stays sharp longer than other pencils. It writes smoothly and barely smears and eases clean. The eraser, sharpener. and other tools are quality. The sketch book is ideal for use with hard lead graphite pencils or colored pencils. The paper has a mild tooth that helps pencils deposit more color and graphite on the page but won't cause skipping. The paper is a bit heavier than necessary for technical drawing but for most types of media it is perfect and has a comfortable feel. I really like the hardbound book it fits nicely in the decor of my office.
