My review is based on the fountain itself. Happy in the fact that is was everything I hoped it would be! So the 5 stars are for the awesome fountain. Disappointed that it came broken. The whole water base was broken 1/3 of away around. Walmart didn't offer a replacement, just a refund and after calling the manufacturer they said this fountain was sold out with back orders till May. I like this fountain so much I'm keeping it and going to try to epoxy the damaged areas.

I am so glad I bought this fountain! It is gorgeous and it gives me so much joy. I have it located on a corner of my covered patio so it is somewhat protected by the elements. The pump is definitely powerful enough; the water circulates as promised. It is easily assembled and enhances my backyard ambience. I feel like my space is so much more special now that I have this fountain.

I love the fountain. Just the right amount of water sounds. And easy to assemble. It's beautiful.

Love the look and the sound of this fountain. However, the suction cups didn't adhere to the bottom of the fountain so I'm using med size rocks to anchor it. Also, as was mentioned by previous purchasers the tube is too short. Reached out to CS and they have a backlog for the pump until October and they could not provide dimensions for the tube so I'll have to take it to a store to get the correct size and one at the appropriate length (I'm thinking 8"). If these things were rectified I'd give it a 5 for sure.

Bought this item and was so excited to receive it. I read the reviews that some people received it broken but I was let me take a chance. Received mine and it was broken. Try to get a replacement but the company never reached out to me. I just decided to get a refund.

fountain seems fine but the base was damaged. To Lamps Plus credit after i emailed customer service they shipped a replacement base right away. Replacement came and was damaged more than original! This time there were no loose broken pieces in the box meaning they shipped it damaged and the damage did not occur during shipping!!

Hi, opened box and top was broken and still waiting for replacement after 3 weeks.

Fiberglass is light. Wind keeps knocking out the top dome

Ordered this as a Christmas present in 2018, didn't get put outside until summer of 2019. The entire top is a hollow paper thin material. We already had one of the lions heads complete smash into pieces!!! The water pressure is almost impossible to get correct. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! not even going to make it another summer outside!!! filling it full of dirt to plant flowers in. Very expensive flower pot, more than a fountain, They don't offer replacement parts, I was willing to purchase just the top section. no can do.
