Arrive and is as described. Not heavy masonry or material that will decompose or degrade in the weather. We had one of those and was the much better replacement. Ordered from Wal-Mart instead of other websites due to reliability.

1. After I ordered from Canada, arrived safely. Installed easy. LED lights require more brightness. Beautiful and good looking. 2. After two weeks later found lesser price advertised by Lamps Plus....called customer service...immediately price adjusted and credited back to my card. No hassle. Good service. Will continue to purchase in future with Lamp plus.

I am very pleased with my Imperial Lion Fountain. I especially like the lighted basin. The electric cord was a bit short in my opinion, but that is my only complaint. The fountain is very attractive on my deck. I would certainly urge others to purchase this fine fountain.

I was very pleased to unpack the fountain and find an enclosed LED light. The set up is simple & the sound produced by the falling water is very satisfying. However, the walls of the fountain are much lighter weight than expected. Overall, price & quality are right on target!

This is a beautiful fountain. It looks like a heavy beautiful old metal fountain. We love the light shining up through the water. The sound of the water sounds like a small waterfall. It is not a dripping sound. This fountain (along with a comfortable patio chair) is very relaxing.

Love this fountain...shipped quickly, arrived safely set up easy..looks and sounds great. My ONLY negative is that I have to fill it so often. But that's what you do with a fountain. Overall...I LOVE IT! Would highly recommend it, ( just not for indoor use ).

Arrived with a crack in it. The tube also had a piece of itself in it so it was clogged. Returning. It feels cheap.

I researched for a very long time and settled on this fountain due to the reviews noting that it's quiet and doesn't splash. I have those two and many other complaints about it, and am returning it. First of all, there are dents and scratches everywhere; I either got somebody's return or it was cheaply made to begin with. The other fountain I ordered at the same time also has many surface blemishes and gives me the impression that it was somebody's return, but I'm giving it a try for now. Putting your fingers under any rim of this fountain to pick it up will pierce your skin with residual resin icicles, the whole thing is off center, and the “door” doesn't sit right. I don't know if maybe I just got the lucky loud pump, but in no way, shape, or form is this fountain quiet or relaxing. The pump itself hums very loudly, the fountain's splashes sound like a faucet, and everything around it was soaked after 20 minutes. I had to turn it off to type this because I couldn't hear myself think. I thought about putting rocks at the bottom or asking for a new pump, but decided I didn't pay $250 to have to make a faulty chunk of plastic work for me. Never used Lamps Plus before and never returned something so large, so we'll see how that goes. The instructions are ridiculous, you're mostly on your own putting it together. I have every complaint about this product, it does look decent from far away though.
