Royal Oak 100% Charcoal and Hickory Blended Pellets, 20 lbs

This is what we've been waiting on. The flavor is insane !! You get the mix of charcoal plus hickory. I've done butts and ribs and the difference is night and day. I've used Traeger, Bear Mountain, Kingsford and others. This is the pellet of choice !! Trust me. Get these pellets !! Clean burn, meat taste great ! And very little dust !!

These Royal Oak charcoal hickory pellets are great! They light easily, burn consistently, and give food a delicious smoky hickory flavor without being overpowering. They produce steady heat and worked perfectly for grilling. Great quality for the price, and I would definitely buy them again!

Great pellets all around. The Hickory is an excellent flavor for most meats/cooks. But the mix of Hickory and Charcoal does a great job of letting the cooker keep the temps stable while also imparting good flavor. They burn clean, are great for just about anything, and a 20lb bag will fill most cooker hoppers just fine. I have used, and still do for special cooks, Smokin Pecan Pecan SHELL pellets and they are hands down the best for flavor. But they are pricey for the benefit. These Royal Oak pellets with Charcoal and Hickory are the absolute perfect pellet for general use and will treat your dead animal flesh(or even smoked cheeses) very well. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!!!

This is the only one I use now in my smoker. Love the smell when the charcoal hits. It makes the flavor Smack!!

These pellets burned clean and produced a steady heat throughout the cook. They gave my food a nice smoky hickory flavor without being overpowering. I'll definitely be buying these again for weekend grilling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used these pellets in my Traeger while smoking salmon, and they performed well. I didn't notice much of a difference in flavor compared to my usual pellets, but the cook still came out great. What I did like was how they burned — they seemed to burn a bit quicker and cleaner than normal. Solid pellets overall, just not a big flavor boost for me.

Once again, it would have been helpful had I actually received my item. the driver was literally trying to hand me somebody else's dish soap, and I was like, that's not what I ordered.
