Royal Sovereign - 2 Row Digital Coin Sorter

As with anything you will have pros and cons. There are more pros then cons. I have had several times where the change did not count properly, either one too many coins or one short. The counter would say that a roll is full and then when you go to take it out another coin drops out, but the unit says the roll is full. So, I take that roll and set is aside to re-count it by itself. This does not happen much, but it does happen. All in all it is a good unit.

The item would not work when it arrived, the nickel coin tube was stuck and would not move. The instructions say do not return to company of purchases but call for tech support. Had to leave a message i received a call back 5 days later telling me there was noting they could do so return it to the store.

The first unit I received would not turn on and had to be returned to Sam's. Ordered a second one on-line again and this one works perfectly. Shipping was quick.

This item was shipped the day I ordered it and deliverd the next day. This is a great coin sorter. We are replacing our previous royal sovereign coin sorter which we had for many years. Great machine.

I purchased this product about 2 weeks ago. This product is poorly made and cannot perform as the description reads. I am sending back for a full refund

Overall I was impressed. Better than paying 7% to the in-store coin machines. I had trouble with Canadian coins once but after I kind of kept an eye on it it was ok. For $65 its pretty legit!

I purchased this for my father last Christmas. It stopped working in August. I contacted customer service py phone got no answer, left a message, then sent an email. receive a call back 4 days later and they wanted a reciept which I didn't have. received an email that explaind that since the it was over 6 months old they would be charging 20.00 for shipping and handeling. making the total cost 120.00, when it;s not worth 20.00. This is just junk and for the price stay away. I suggestion is stay away from all products from this company. Customer service???what's that.

Works great. So much faster than rolling coins by hand. If you have a lot of change it will pay for itself.

jammed right away....can`t un-jam it without taking the thing COMPLEATLY apart! I`m sending it back!

Purchased to sort and wrap a basket of coins. Jammed constantly, miscounted, Mia-sorted. Easier and quicker to sort, count and wrap by hand.
