Perfect pillow! The most comfortable, ergonomic pillow I have ever had. Just makes you feel great, no discomfort at all! I got one from my chiropractor's office, more expansive, and yet the worst I have ever tried. The pain I had to endure every morning my shoulders, neck, back, GONE! I did not have to make any adjustments on my pillow, it felt as was made especially for me. As a personal habit, prior to use new linens,I always wash them, to eliminated the trace of any smell, or being handled by others, as a result there was absolutely no smell of any kind. Thank you all and God Bless you! Lenka D 09/13/2025
Super comfortable! I have a sensitive neck and always get neck pain with regular pillows. Iâve tried all kinds of different pillows. This is by far the most comfortable one Iâve tried. Itâs perfect for side sleeping and back sleeping. My neck hasnât hurt. Itâs like sleeping on a cloud. I love it!
I rarely do reviews, so the fact that I am says a lot! This pillow may be the only pillow I ever buy or sleep on. The neck pain I have had for many weeks is all but gone after the second night. The first night there wasn't much change. So last night I took out the middle layer. I felt the difference the moment I laid down! I woke up with very little pain and I'm sure that the remaining pain will subside within a few nights.
I purchased the Royal Therapy memory pillow because I have neck and shoulder issues. It was the 1st night, in a very long time, I did not awake with a sore neck! There was not a moment to try and get your head in a good resting position. The foam pillow is soft and contours the head no matter if sleeping on back or side. It also has an insert to adjust height. Cover is soft, no funky shape so a standard pillow cover fits perfectly. Very happy I purchased and definitely would recommend to side or back sleepers…..or just anyone in search of a comfy pillow!
I had another contour pillow that was standard size and wanted this one because it was available in queen size. It is very well made and I was pleased that it didnt have a strong smell upon opening as much memory foam often has. I have Ben sleeping on the lower side as it is a little more dense than my previous pillow. I am very pleased-no regrets.
told my chiropractor what I bought,he told me to use lower side. love it, I stay put though the night, and feel more rested in morn. I had my douts ,like you,but I say give it a try. I found you get what you pay for. going to order 2nd pillow case.
side sleeper here with, female with broad shoulders. This is the fifth contour pillow I had had to alleviate neck pain and arm and hand numbness. Three others I loved, but they wore out quickly, one other was a super hard foam that was the right shape but gave me a headache because the foam was too hard (not memory foam). After reading reviews, I thought this pillow might be the best of all worlds of contour pillows. However, what I found is that the memory foam was too hard after a while of sleeping (or trying to sleep) on it, whiuc is crazy because initially I thought the foam so soft that I figured there was no way the pillow was going to be supportive. so, too hard for my preferences. Also, and this is probably the worst part for me, although the rounded ends are high enough for my broad shoulders, they are too rounded on the high ends to fit comfortably under my neck the way I like it. instead, my head actually lays in the rounded part, instead of sinking into the dip in the middle. This throws my body out of alignment, with my head sitting too high compared to the rest of my body, putting strain on my neck. Lastly, the dip in the middle is not wide enough from front to back of the pillow, so if I try to use the flatter side of the pillow, my head actually sits partly in the larger side, again angling my head and causing my neck to be strained. so, I am returning the pillow and going on the hunt for another one. in the plus side, there is nothing wrong with the workmanship, and I love the idea of the adjustability, but given the other things that don't work for me (the too-rounded large side, and the too narrow dip in the middle), the adjustability just didn't help me at all. Great concept, though, and I wish more pillows had this option.
I purchased my first pillow over a year ago. Original pillow was very amazing supportive resolve my neck issue so I decided to get the second one. It was extremely disappointed. Second one did not have support did not have all the layers and it was half the size even though I basically re-ordered a king size came in his queen. The layer are also very low. Super disappointed with my second purchase will never purchase it again.
Spouse found it very uncomfortable, too big and made her neck hurt worse.
The vendor who supplied this shipped to the wrong address and never corrected it.
