Always usually latex pillows . This was perfect because it was the right height not too stiff not too hard not too soft.
This pillow is extremely heavy. Would not recommend to anyone.
The poorest excuse for a pillow I have ever seen let alone a latex foam pillow. It was like a wet towel, no height, no firmness no standard size at all, just a floppy mess. I thought it was vacuum sealed, opened it and no change whatsoever. Taking it back in the morning. Disgusting.

I purchased medium/firm. The foam doesn't give at all. Like sleeping on a rock.
