ROYBI Robot

Fun and educational. Love it.

My 2 year granddaughter is learning Spanish, and this is a great gift to help her out with her learning. And it is very helpful so I may get one for myself.

So if you think it's going to be as clever as Alexa or an Apple anything, it's not but my 4-year-old loves it more than her kindle. She likes to carry it around and put him on his base. Idk if she actually learns anything from it but she loves it and that's all that matters. I think this would be a great gift for a child's birthday party. Everyone will gather around and play with it for a good 20 minutes I'd say. So buy it, it's worth the joy it brings my child. She's never owned a toy like this before and she gets bored easily. So I'm excited she's still into it throughout the week.

This is... Different. Actually my son loves it. He attempted to take Roybi everywhere with him at first. I like how I can keep Roybi as an app to set up little lessons and games for my son. Sometimes he talks to Rpybi for an hour, its a very educational little robot. Last night it was teaching emotions and colors. It's one of those things I'm honestly still learning about theres so many features. I even love how you can change Roybis hat color. Very great educational little toy. Great for stimming. 10/10 def reccomend

I homeschool my children so I thought this would be a fun way to help with my youngest learning. The robot is super fun for him and absolutely adorable! You get 3 different "hat" (head covers) to choose from that can easily be changed. You connect the robot to the app and then you are ready to use it. The robot is light weight. It can sit on the base, or be taken off to play with off the base, which is what my son likes to do. It has a clear to understand voice with a decent volume so it is clear and easy to understand. We love the little icons and such that it shows on what I call the 'stomach area'. This is a super fun way to learn without my child realizing he's really learning! Plus, it's well made - not a cheap flimsy toy. Very happy with it!

Arrived nicely packaged. This little robot is amazing. Has facial and voice recognition and is small and compact. This thing has so many different lessons and games to keep your child fully motivated. My 4yr old loves this robot. He enjoys his daily lessons he gets from this "toy". The robot comes with 3 different "hats" so that you can change his look. Has many fun games included on top of all the learning your child will get. Has over 500 lessons and over 70 categories. This thing is like a personal little extra friend for any child that can teach them while having fun with them. The robot is very interactive My son has definitely benefited from this toy both in his speech as well as his overall knowledge. I definitely recommend this robot!

Fairly easy to setup. It comes with 3 'masks', 2 alien ones, and one that resembles cat ears (our 2yr old likes it the best). I got this for our kindergartner. I like that it progresses based on your child's responses. You can load different lessons through the app. It appears durable, as it has been dropped a couple times and seems fine. The only downside is in order to interact with the buttons in the base, it has to be plugged in.

Having 3 boys from 13 months to 6 years old, I thought it would be beneficial having this unique tool that is fun and educating. Especially for my 3.5 year old, who attends preschool and currently in Russian class. He usually catches up on English from his older brother who is in Kindergarten but I really wanted an off screen that's still educational for him. That's when I discovered Roybi Robot. It's fun, adventurous, and educational. Extremely easy to set up and allows the child to personalize it with a fun hat (3 to choose from orange, green and blue). My son immediately loved that he was able to talk to his robot and they introduced each other. He loved the songs, stories, and talking to the robot. Throughout the short duration he was picking up words. A couple of improvements that I would suggest after observing and testing this product. First, it asks for a picture of my child and voice recognition but my child found it frustrating that whenever his siblings would speak the robot would respond or keep going through the program. The 5 minute lessons seemed a bit short for a 3.5 year old, he would easily get frustrated and say "that's it?". The app has a limited number of lessons, additional I would have to buy. I love that it has mandarin to learn but I wish it had other languages as options as well, such as Russian, Spanish, French. The charging dock that comes with a robot, you must have it on the dock in order for the child to get the lesson or use it as a keypad to select what they like or don't like, and play a lesson. My 3.5 year old and 6 year old would get frustrated and ask me why they can't just take the robot off and go to their room to listen. I do wish it was wireless and not constantly placing it on the charger. This robot is ideal for 3 to 5 years old, although the lessons need to be more advanced and longer duration. Overall, the idea behind this robot is truly remarkable but I do think it could use a lot of improvements. I would still recommend it, as someone else may have a different experience than I did.

Roybi is a very nice high tech interactive toy robot. This toy Robot comes with 3 changeable hats ( green, blue and orange). It also comes with a charging stand (that doubles as a control for the robot to listen to music or for the robot to read to your child and one for the lessons) , a charger usb, a charger adapter, 2 black camera covers (mini suction cup), an instruction guide, and a cute certificate of adoption. You do have to download an app for set up and it takes less than 10 minutes to set up your account. It has free lessons or you can purchase them. You have to turn on the robot in order to fully navigate on the app. The on/off button Is on the bottom of the right leg. The only two languages I saw were English and Mandarin. To set up it asks your child's information in order to be able to interact with fully with your child ( name,gender, birthday). It says it is for ages 3and up but to be honest only if your child is fully committed into learning because I have a 5 year old that got bored after 5 minutes. The concept is good but I feel like they could have done better with the lessons for smaller kids. Overall good concept but definitely needs improvement for it to appeal to kids from 3-5.

When this robot arrived me and my little one was so excited to learn what Roybi had to offer. We where excited to learn different languages and all that this robot has to offer. This robot use a mobile app for activating and it's kind of difficult, but I managed to get through it. After activation it ask for a picture of your child to Recognize your child's face and it's also ask for your child's voice to recognize that as well. When using, we noticed that it's kind of slow in response. And it also didn't recognize my child's voice as much as it promotes. The reason for the two stars is because it's so slow And after so long a child gets frustrated. It's a no from me
