ROYBI Robot

Fun and educational. Love it.

My 2 year granddaughter is learning Spanish, and this is a great gift to help her out with her learning. And it is very helpful so I may get one for myself.

This is... Different. Actually my son loves it. He attempted to take Roybi everywhere with him at first. I like how I can keep Roybi as an app to set up little lessons and games for my son. Sometimes he talks to Rpybi for an hour, its a very educational little robot. Last night it was teaching emotions and colors. It's one of those things I'm honestly still learning about theres so many features. I even love how you can change Roybis hat color. Very great educational little toy. Great for stimming. 10/10 def reccomend

My daughter seems to really enjoy using this robot, she likes that she talks to it and it understands her and so far has been responding pretty well on to it. So far we've just done the introduction programs and an animal program so I am hoping that she maintains interest because any learning toy that she would enjoy playing with is a positive in my book. The robot is quite easy to set up, you do have to download an app on your phone and that is how you control the lessons and make the robot work, for young children obviously a parent needs to start and stop the lessons. My daughter has language and speech issues and so far this robot has been able to understand her for the most part which is actually kind of impressive. Seems to be working well so far I hope it continues, the robot is very Interactive

As soon as we got it in the kids wanted to play with it right away. The instructions on how to start is super simple. They love Roybi! They have done so many lessons and sing songs and listen to stories with it. Learning is fun when it doesn't seem so serious. I hands down recommend this for any kid and anyone that needs that extra help in school or home school. It is helping my 6 year old so much and my 4 year old loves it too. It has changeable hats that the girls love too!

I homeschool my children so I thought this would be a fun way to help with my youngest learning. The robot is super fun for him and absolutely adorable! You get 3 different "hat" (head covers) to choose from that can easily be changed. You connect the robot to the app and then you are ready to use it. The robot is light weight. It can sit on the base, or be taken off to play with off the base, which is what my son likes to do. It has a clear to understand voice with a decent volume so it is clear and easy to understand. We love the little icons and such that it shows on what I call the 'stomach area'. This is a super fun way to learn without my child realizing he's really learning! Plus, it's well made - not a cheap flimsy toy. Very happy with it!

What an excellent new toy that I had no idea existed and so glad to take the plunge and buy it for my kids. When I opened the box to reveal the Ryobi, it was so adorable from my first impression. My kids thought so too and they still can't stop talking about it. Plus, the robot is very easy to set up and provides so many useful and fun learning skills that really aren't similar to any other toy that I know of. I don't see this product ever being boring, and a better way to learn something new daily. my kids both seem to love the cute design and the way it works and keeps their attention. My little one loves STEM and robots so it's hard for him to put it away, he really wants to learn and loves it! I feel that this toy has made my kids learn so much faster and comprehend it faster due to the way it operates. Additionally, as a mom, I can keep an eye on the lessons they are working on with the robot and check the amount of usage and how well they are doing all with a single app. I really think this has just been a marvelous product for my kids. Very easy to use, set up, and fun! I definitely need to buy another for my sister's son as it had such a great effect on my kids.

This Roybi Robot came today and I had 3 kids at my feet while I set it up. The packaging was great as it was very well packaged and right on top was a nice adoption certificate. Setup was relatively easy. Voice recognition is where this fails to some degree. But the instructions did say it can take a few days for Roybi to get familiar with our family. The first few lessons we did were very basic and my 11 yr old son at that point basically had enough, while my 7 and 2 year olds really were into him. This is something I can envision my 2 yr old son and 7 year old daughter using for bedtime stories and I'm hoping the activities get more age appropriate and that Roybi will become a cherished member of our family. I suppose time will tell.

My 5 years old son got very excited when he opened the nice and colorful box of his robot, the box includes the robot, 3 different hats, charging station, charging cable and a manual. Set up was very easy but I didn't like much the idea of having to enter my wifi password in their App to be able to set up the robot for use. The App is easy to use and nice for the parents to control and know what the child is going to learn about, there's a variety of topics for free and each topic has a couple of activities, also there's more activities available for purchase. You choose the topic from the app and the robot says information about it, display images on the screen and asks questions or have the child repeat what it said. I think the screen could be more dynamic to hold the children's attention longer, I felt my son got bored too fast by listening all the information and just seeing an steady image on the screen. I think it needs improvements to be more effective, but overall I love the concept I think it's helpful to my son and he likes it.

When this robot arrived me and my little one was so excited to learn what Roybi had to offer. We where excited to learn different languages and all that this robot has to offer. This robot use a mobile app for activating and it's kind of difficult, but I managed to get through it. After activation it ask for a picture of your child to Recognize your child's face and it's also ask for your child's voice to recognize that as well. When using, we noticed that it's kind of slow in response. And it also didn't recognize my child's voice as much as it promotes. The reason for the two stars is because it's so slow And after so long a child gets frustrated. It's a no from me
