RPWFE GE Refrigerator Water Filter-2 Pack

I only order original "GE" filter for my frig. They work great great, no leaks and they filter the water. FYI: I have a reverse osmosis unit and tried skipping changing frig water filter. It doesn't work! I got a smell from the frig that I couldn't get rid of by washing everything down and putting boxes of baking soda inside. I recommend changing frig water filer when its time.

Nothing to dislike. I have used this Water filter model (the original one) for many years now, and I am always happy with this product. One time, I bought the non-original RPWFE filter for a lower price from a different website, and it did not work on my fridge.

THese OME Filters were cheaper than Amazon and eBay. You can get cheaper after market filters but I prefer OME. They last longer and remove more contaminants than many of the after marke filters available for purchase.

I have tried generic/ Amazon brand water filters and they just don't even come close to working as effectively as the GE filters do. I will only purchase theGE filters from now on.

The water filter is great. What I really want to talk about is how awful GE's product ordering site is. In the year of our Lord 2026 I can't believe how hard it was for me to find and select the two replacement items I needed. It should have been as simple as putting in my model number and choosing from a list. It wasn't. At one point I got so frustrated I tried to order from a 3rd party vendor. I should have. I feel like I rewarded your awful site with my money and that makes me feel used. Even checking out was hard.

So far so good! The replacement instructions were clear and easy to follow. It went off without a hitch!

I like this item because of the price buying it at Walmart. It is easy to install. The water is clear and tasteless. I recommend this item to my family and friends.

I'm impressed, my order came on time. Thank you!

Been using these filters for years and they work.

I ordered these online. The boxes containing the filters were torn open, and the plastic covering on one filter was torn. Looks like someone else had bought them, torn them open, and returned them to Walmart - who then shipped them to me. Walmart refunded my money, at least.
