It's a go for me
Pros: Taste great. Dissolved easily in room/luke warm tempature water. Arrived quickly. Comparable amount per cost to other similar products. Cons: The protective cover is almost impossible to remove. The powder doesn't dissolve all the way in cold water tempatures. Limited product flavors. Unknown: I have no idea if it helps with hair or nails. I haven't used the product long enough to tell.

Absolutely amazing, taste I mix this one with another supplement drink and I love it.

Good for all types of workouts
I use this for HIIT, yoga, barre, cycling, and anything else I do. The effects aren't massive but they work good for me getting up at 5am to workout. No jitters or diarrhea from it either.
