Employee incompetence!!
Description says pack of 12, I have ordered this twice now and each time I received 1 individual pen. How hard is it to do your job and package and ship what the customer ordered.

I was supposed to receive a ok of (12) Pens and all I have is (one) individual pen without any packaging at all. Does this mean that someone in shipping department opened up to one dozen pen package and kept the other ( 11 ) pens in a box ???

Advertisement says 12 pens, received 1 pen. Walmart or distributor falsely advertise amount of pens. " eith" discount 10.45 for 1 pen?
