I tried Stanley cups. They fell over too easily, and they didn't hold as cold as this brand I currently own three of your cups, a large, one, a medium one and a coffee cup! for me to spend money on 3 cups tell you something about the product! Because I don't waste money this is not a waste. This is an investment in myself !

Love it but with this one you need to keep that lid close if not it gets cold faster then the other ones for me it's ok because I don't like to burn my mouth when I drink tea

I've been a customer for a few years now. I was once a customer of that . . . . . . . "Abominable Snowman" company. This is by far the best mug I've had, it's far superior to that, other brand. And this is by far Rtic's best mug. The screw top and big mouth lid are great designs. And the rubber bottom is a very nice addition. I do wish it was still stainless inside but the ceramic assists with the heat retention, is imagine. I plan on continuing to be a customer for many years, I get my mugs and ice chests from Rtic, not that "Abominable Snowman" company.

I absolutely love this mug. It was so well thought out in design and structure. My new favorite go to for my hot tea. I also was impressed with the monogram. Not a decal but I look for that to remain for years. A great mug. This is the second one I have ordered

Love the size of cup and the nice large handle. Very happy with the option of personalizations. But my other coffee/tea mugs keep beverage very hot for 4-6 hours, yours for only for about 1. 5 hours. I determined it is due to the lid that lacks insulation and allows heat to escape even when lid closed. Very disappointed.

The lid is difficult to drink with. The cup does not keep liquid warm. I am very disappointed

I love the size of the mug, and the handles wonderful but when you sip it, it gets all over you because it's not designed ergonomically for lips. I have several RTIC products and they all sip very nicely easy to use no drips. I can't believe you made this beautiful size cup with a funny top. WHEN YOU CHANGE THE LID, I WILL TRY IT AGAIN
