Not usually a straw guy with these cups but I do like having a fountain drink at work and this is perfect. Drink stays cold and the cup doesn't sweat like a fountain drink would. I bought the larger cup sobi could have a cold drink the entire day. Fits nicely in the drink pocket of my backpack.

So far I love the products. So much in fact I would RTIC to be involved in our non-profit. First, I'd like to say that I love your products. This is just a suggestion. I wish that the lids were more interchangeable with your cups not so specific to each size. Other than that, I have zero complaints with the quality the product the craftsmanship everything is amazing except for that one minor issue

I got this cup free with a purchase of a cooler. I immediately bought two more Rtic tumblers after first use!! Best quality cup ever! The ceramic liner provides the best flavor and no metallic smell! Keeps water cold ALL day! Also, the bottom of the cup is lined so you don't hear the clanking of metal every time you set the cup down, And the sparkles look so pretty in the sun.

Ordering was easy, and selection of colors wonderful. I purchased the denim and really like the timeless color. The cup is something I can use every day, for either hot or cold beverages. Both pieces do very well in the dishwasher, as advertised. Well made, and based on construction I imagine this will last for years. This is the first ceramic insulated cup I've purchased, and will go back for a larger size soon. Cold beverages stay cold for many hours.

Too bad the plastic straw can shed microplastics. And a metal straw breaks the surface of the ceramic liner… Maybe make a metal straw with a BPA free tip would work…. .

I love this cup. It keeps my drink cold for a long time, and I also really like the white-coated interior. The only downside is that the straw has a bit of a sharp edge, and it can hurt my lip if I'm not careful. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

As someone who always has a cup in hand this particular cup fills all of my needs, although I wish I had ordered a larger size. I have to say that it keeps cold beverages cold for a long time. I keep it on my nightstand and in the morning my drink is still cold and has quite a bit of ice left. I also love that it has an insulated lid and a very snug straw hole.

The quality of materials is outstanding. Ice keeps all day, and no scent or metal/plastic taste leaches into my water. The colors are very attractive. It doesn't spill when tilted. I bought a second one. I reduced rating by one star for a few reasons: straw holes are best closer to an edge instead of in the middle, there are no replacement straws for the 20 oz cup (cutting the long ones doesn't work well), the paper label is affixed with glue that's really hard to remove, and while it fits in my car's cupholder it tips over if I turn hard because it is so tall. I wish it came in 16 or 18 oz, as 20 oz is a little too heavy and tall. (I prefer no handle - they do have smaller cups with handles. )

I gave it 3 stars only because I haven't been able to use it yet, but can't wait to also when I got cooler in the mail and going through it the zipper is hard to zip open and close I feel like I'm going to break it also the pocket in the front is super tight. Like I don't feel like I'll be able to put much or very small things in there. Other then that I love the color and I also love the 2 cups it came with I can't wait to use it this summer.
