I love this Tumblr. The ceramic lining is genius. No metallic taste! The liquid stays cold for hours and the rubber stop on the bottle means less slipping and sliding no spills! And the tartan plaid design is perfect for the Holidays. I am deducting one star for no straw

Had names on the cups with the word “title” under the name. Should I have erased “title” when customizing, well after receiving the cups yes I should have, but at least have a little common sense to not include “title” or at least question it and ask me if I want the word “title” under the names.

False advertising, they claim it keeps your drinks cold for 24 hours. I added ice and water to it before going to bed, woke up and the water was room temperature and no ice. Since it came free through a bundle can't really ask for a refund. Might have a defected one, not sure but it definitely does not keep your drinks cold for 24 hours.
