RTIC 40-Can, 21 Qt, Collapsible Wheeled Cooler with Bottle Opener, Black

So, this company wins me over on customer service. We got a trolley with a nonfunctional base extension. My wife did not know as it simply did not move, and she used it per regular. The weight caused the front plate to snap. Overall it was sad to see as the cooler itself (separable) was still fine. I contacted the agency and they said they'd send another one. They sent a whole package, cooler included, not just the trolley! It works like a dream. Just remember folks to extend that base if you put a lot of heavy stuff in it.

It was a bigger size than I was expecting. Wheel dollie appears to be sturdy also.

I enjoy the handle for mobility and the wheels that fold away for easy storage, but the product itself does not attach to the wheels in any way, and you cannot use the handles to lift the cooler itself without removing it from the wheels and then it's very tricky to get back on with the weight. Overall, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I just wish there was a way to connect it to the base.

Rally loved the look but does not it up it tilts over when items are inside so had to take off rolling stand to make it not tilt and leak.

Handle broke with in a month I had to fix on my own cooler is top notch make handle for everyday use and to go up and down multiple times in a day

I purchased this cooler for an upcoming trip and once I read that you needed to use ice packs instead of loose ice, I had to return it immediately. Why on earth would someone purchase a cooler on wheels and not be able to use loose ice? I think that kind of defeats the purpose.

Terrible cooler. Awkward putting the cooler on the wheels. Doesn't stay on it. Easily tips over and very difficult to push on its wheels. The ice melts very quickly, and leaked all over the back of our vehicle. Over all it's a bad design with lots of room for improvement.
