quality bands

Richard April 2, 2025

so before purchasing these bands I did a tremendous amount of research online as in the past I have bought several different resistance bands and unfortunately had some of the cheaper ones snap on me. in this case after reviewing several online websites, reading and learning about Rubber Bandits lifetime guarantee, I ended up purchasing these bands. to begin with, the resistance on all these seems fairly accurate and, the bands are certainly challenging when compared to Resistance Bands That Make similar claims as far as amount of weight they are providing resistance for. you'll immediately notice that the bands are much more solid, and built better than some of the cheaper bands I have purchased in the past. I also right now do not have fear about these bands snapping on me, I'm using them when wrapped around a squat rack, and doing pull backs and presses on them, I'm also using them in more traditional body form type exercises as well. it's likely for the person who is doing light exercise at home, the 5 to 15 lb and 20 to 35 lb bands will be more than sufficient as the 30 to 50 lb bands are no joke. if you're someone who exercises on a regular basis, I'm sure you will not have problem with the 30 to 50 lb bands but these bands certainly perform better than the cheaper bands. I'm also using this to rehab a shoulder surgery, and I'm finding them to be more than adequate and challenging. I suspect once I'm fully healed, these bands will make it into my full exercise routine and certainly the 30 to 50 lb bands will be able to assist someone who has trouble doing pull ups. overall, I think these bands are very high quality made, they have a lifetime guarantee which I would have never anticipated from a resistance band company and I believe after having other bands snap on me, it can be dangerous, to grab a company that stands behind their bands and seems to make a very high quality man, gives me the confidence that this is much less likely to occur. lastly there are several YouTube videos, dad discuss these bands of some of the better bands on the market and these YouTube reviewers or influencers, from my research are telling the truth and certainly did not give a grades to all the band companies out there. I think the only negative that I have to say is they're certainly more expensive than other bands on the market, but I do believe that in the several weeks I've been using them, they are better quality than those bands. certainly if you're on a limited budget I understand that you may elect some lower cost bands but no the cost come into the fact that you will have to replace them and they do snap where I don't believe it's impossible these can't snap, it is a company that will send you a new band if that occurs. overall very happy with this purchase and I would recommend them.

much better quality than cheap bands

Ed April 26, 2024

I bought Chinese bands off Amazon and these are much better. these are thicker and provide more support / resistance for the same size band. these bands come from Sri Lanka where the good bands come from.

Work great

Chad Schwab February 4, 2014

I've never had pull up bands, so I can't make any comparisons to other brands. I have been quite pleased with my purchase and can feel myself getting better at pull ups. These are a lot better than using a chair. My wife has trouble with them, but mainly because she is too short for our pull up bar.

My room mate got a set of these and there awesome! I get home from work and can do ...

Vera June 15, 2015

These were life-changing for me. I recently started a new job and realized that I didn't have nearly as much free time as I used to, so I gradually stopped going to the gym. I was beginning to accept a life of laziness; there was no way I could drive to the gym after work, and there was no way I could get up early enough to go before work. My roommate got a package, and they're fantastic! When I get home from work, I can do a full-body workout in my kitchen.

Awesome for Calisthenics

Margarito July 22, 2015

These are fantastic. I'm a big fan of Calisthenics, and I've discovered that using bands to assist you progresses at a much faster pace. For example, I've been having a lot of trouble with my Muscle Ups; I know I have the power, but I couldn't figure out the mechanics. I added enough assistance with the black band to allow me to easily power through the move and get a feel for the form. If you're looking to master any of the more challenging exercises, Rubberbanditz is a great tool.

Rockin Body with RubberBanditz

F.I.T. House October 19, 2014

I own a fitness studio called the F.I.T. House. The goal for every student was to complete 1 pull up on their own. I bought the rubberbanditz product as a way to help them build up to this goal and improve their strength. The results have been incredible. In one month my students have gone from 1 to 5 to 10 pull ups. They feel more confident using the rubberbanditz product and its helped improve their form.

Love these bands

Love these bands December 28, 2014

I love these bands. They have these at my gym, so I had to get them for my own. I'm a personal trainer and these are perfect for doing so many different exercises with clients at all different fitness levels. I'm so glad that I ordered them. I see myself ordering heavier ones in the future.

Love the Bands

Ron October 24, 2014

Our ceiling-mounted pull-up bar is turned into a useful home gym workout tool with the inclusion of these bands. The bands allow me to increase the amount of repetitions to a useful number while also allowing me to progress to a lighter band as my strength improves. Pull-Ups are a very enjoyable fitness benchmark for me. Any gradual change is a satisfying measure of progress because you never forget how many pull-ups you can do.

It's great but I have one issue.

Miko September 19, 2017

I just RECEIved the product last sept. 18, 2017 and i immediately tried it. the bands were perfect i just had skin irritation on the mustache area and eyebrow. there's reddening and feels itchy after and while i'm using it. is this the first time that you encountered this issue? can you help me with this? i'm just thinking that maybe the bands went through tough conditions like extreme heat (before it got here in the philippines) that's why it's emitting an irritating effect. i'm just torn between using it but have to worry that i'll get the skin irritation again.
