Direct replacement
The part was a direct replacement for my closet shelf system. My current piece had cracked due to me putting way too much weight on the shelf. My shelf was also 15 years old. So the crack actually must've developed overtime not a default in the peace . Fit and finish was perfect.

the screw dent is very shallow. there are screw threads but i'm unsure if it's a nail or screw?
