Rubbermaid 2184972 Food Storage Container with Easy-Find Lid, 1.5 Gallon

Great product, just like my others. Wrong size for me personally… so just check carefully as it’s the 1.5 gallon not the smaller 1 gallon size in same rectangular shape. I should have looked on bottom of the ones I have and rotate. Buying new as I gifted a couple, love for fresh, serving or freezing meals. No BPA.

this is great for storage of donuts or cookies. unfortunately this is my second one I've bought because I give donuts to my neighbors and one and it never came home. I guess they liked it too.

Inexpensive. Been using these for years. Perfect for cakes. Great brand.

The seal is very poor. It is not air tight, the lid only snaps shut on the shorter sides and hovers over the longer sides. Will work about as well as loose plastic wrap. Great size just poor sealing quality.

The Tupperware itself is pretty good. Sturdy, closes well, exactly what you’d imagine it to be. I took 2 stars off for the labels, though. They use some kind of glue adhesive in the middle of the labels and it has left a permanent mark where it was glued at.

Do not buy. 1. The pictures are wrong. First one isn't even close, and the others are of an older 24-cup model. 2. Returns are Not free. When I brought my items to a Walmart for a return, I was told that that was not possible at a store location because it was a marketplace item. When you make it past the AI callcenter, the real representative will instruct you to send it back to NJ via FedEx. After some emails for the address, I was told that they will Not generate the shipping label for you: "Per policy the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not provide prepaid labels." That was going to cost me $61.58 , about the same amount that I Paid for the items themselves (I had bought two).

On the site it states: Rubbermaid 2184972 Food Storage Container with Easy-Find Lid, 1.5 Gallon - Quantity 2 However, it is not tow food storage containers, it is one container and a lid. I find the wording to be very deceptive. Other than that, the container is as portrayed.

Despite the product listing stating quantity of 2, and the details describing "each" container, there was one container and one lid. I did look at images from other purchasers, and saw a photo with two stacked containers and lids, but I should have looked at the negative reviews before purchasing.
