This item description is deceitful. The description appears to be a pack of 6 for 60$. When you order it, you receive one single tub for 60$! Not a pack of 6. I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer service and have received no reply

The product is what you would expect from rubbermaid. The problem is only one showed up. There are 5 missing units from the order. Where are the missing 31 gallon Rubbermaid totes...I have got to know!

A few weeks ago, I found this item for sale and while it was a really good price, it wasn't too good to be true. I placed an order for three of the listing, which clearly states and pictures includes six totes and lids. One of my purchase arrived, it was only three total totes and lids. When I contacted CPO, they clearly stated the matter was closed, and that I received the right order. After going back-and-forth with them several times, trying to reason with them, including that who would buy 31 gallon Rubbermaid totes for $200 shipped, I screenshot it my receipt and item description from my phone. When I sent that to them, they claimed it was a listing error, yet a week later they are still selling the same item with the same description. They ultimately refunded me my money and realize that the shipping cost of the three totes back to them would only further their loss so they told me to dispose of them. Either way, it made it kind of obvious that their business practice is to bait and switch and hope that people won't say anything about it.

Do NOT buy from CPO. They are willingly scamming people by saying it's a 6 pack of rubbermaids when it's 1. Then they'll tell you to return the 1 received tote for a full refund, knowing you most likely packed the tote you received and threw away the box. It's a scam and you are not receiving 6 totes. Guaranteed.

The advertisement absolutely states pack of 6. Only one received. will not ship out missing items, will not refund money unless you pay shipping to return.

Advertised a 6 pack but received only 1. When I contacted the company, they requested I return the 1 for a refund instead of sending additional 5.
