Big Wallopy Ol' Broom Stick, WHAP Them Floors!
The one quibble we have with this huge sturdy mile-long broomstick is likely not its fault, as it's not a Rubbermaid broom head we're using. The "standard" screw type end tends to twist unobtrusively out of its socket in the (Spartan brand - good quality BTW) broom head while it's being used, so we'll keep fiddling with these two til they make friends with one another. The smooth finish makes it easy to handle and maneuver for that odd bit of tricksy sweeping as well as Hey Let's Just Get This Chore Done. Changes out quite easily with whatever other broom heads we got around here, especially the Libman brand goods, which it fits with REALLY well.

Great alternative to plastic or metal corrosion
Fit the car wash brush I bought separately perfectly. Very solid wood. It was shipped in think plastic which protected it but was hard to remove.

Sturdy and well made
I bought a broom that had one of those cheap aluminum handles. It was fine until my grandson stepped on it. The broom part was fine so I just ordered a handle for it instead. Much happier. Being taller this works well. It's sturdy, well made and the price is great.
