I didnmt use the ones I bought for a bike. I had tools that other Rubbermaid hooks were not wide enough for so I bought the bike hooks and they were well.

Amazing for hanging bikes
This is great. I had the Rubbermaid track before but didn't have the correct attachments to hang my bikes. Using the correct attachment makes it so much easier to hang and take down the bikes and cleared out so much space in my garage

Not perfect, but works very well.
Works well for hanging a bike on the wall in my garage. It does tend to wiggle to along the rail a bit, but has not a lot and has always stayed attached.
