good product one concern is that the 32" track needs to be a little bit longer so you can go from center of stud on one side to center of stud on the other end, and need to sell the attachments separate don't make customers buy the whole kit when all they want are a couple of attachments.

The concept is a great idea, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The mounting hardware, especially the plastic inserts, are substandard. Two broke on installation and I went to the local hardware store to find better replacements. Some of the hooks do not have a lock feature and so they slide around on the rail. I strongly encourage putting a locking feature on each hook.

I just purchased several rails and accessories which were installed along my garage wall. It looks great overall and an overall simple process. However, I am really frustrated that I cant purchase the single hooks for the system. I have multiple items which could be hung by a sing hook. Please let me know if I am able to purchase some of them.

This system was just what I wanted to get my garage organized. It is well built, and super easy to install. It's the reason I look to Rubbermaid first for many of my home-goods. However, why a company would make a multi-piece, versatile system and not sell every component a-la-cart is beyond me. The most basic unit for organization, the single hook, is only sold via the kit. I own all the rail my garage walls can handle. It's wasteful and flies in the face of versatility to not offer the single/scoop hooks separately. It seems (from reading comments) this has been the policy for over 2 years. When will marketing realize they are preventing customers from offering invaluable word-of-mouth advertising. When people see my garage they get inspired to get their stuff in order, too. It's too bad I have to let them know of this glaring limitation, and even point them toward competitors. Also, please start offering singe handle hooks. Tools likes rakes need more space between them than the double handle hook offers.

I love the organizational side of this product. It made my laundry room a dream with the ironing board, drying racks and Swiffers off the floor. However, what I am dissapointed in is the fact that you cannot purchase the 1 handle hooks, or the utility hooks sperately from the "kits". That is what brings my over all rating down. Rubbermaid; please make these hooks available for seperate purchase!

I have spent a few hundred dollars on this system and I obviously like it. Its nuts however that you cannot purchase the single hooks unless you buy the starter kit. All of this system's competitors sell single hooks a la carte. I am going to keep leaving reviews on this problem all over the web until this issue is resolved or at least people are aware of it when they first start investing in this system.

I could not find this exact system in any store or online, so purchased a similar one. There are NOT enough single hooks, and you still cannot purchase them individually. Rubbermaid has been getting feedback about this for YEARS (4 at least)! Are you kidding me! You shoot yourselves in the foot by treating your customers this poorly. Do the right thing Rubbermaid! You've created a very good system, why wouldn't you want people to use it?

This is the only way to get single hooks. I don't really understand why they are not sold separately, but they aren't. If you are looking for single hooks, buy this kit. This is why I rate this kit with 1 star. Overall, the FastTrack system is great! We have a substantial amount of items on the wall and it holds everything without doubt!
