[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rubiks Race game is a fun and engaging game for ages 7+. It is a game that will be enjoyed by kids, youngsters and adults. It is challenging g and engaging. This game truly exercises your brain and thinking skills. The players have to move fast in order to complete the 3x3 tile in order to win. The metallic tiles are cool and make the game more fun. I highly recommend this game for families looking for a challenging game that is sure to keep everyone engaged and play again and again. #FamilyRatedClub
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a great mail day today! Thanks to @familyrated @SpinMaster @chickadvisor for the chance for my family to test out the new 2 player Rubik's Race challenge game! So much fun for our game night! Quick and easy to set up and a great challenge. Shake the smaller cube of colours to get random colours then match the colours on your side by sliding the tiles until you match them. First person to finish wins! #gotitfree #FamilyRatedClub #freeproducts #freetoys
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I loved the Rubiks board game. My kids are 10 and 15 and they both enjoy playing it. I have had so much fun playing it as well. Its a game that keeps you on your toes and makes you think. Its a fast paced game that needs you to think fast. Its great to keep the kids engaged and entertained. We love it and highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed testing this game. Although I did not get to try it with the older children yet, I got to use it with the 4 & 5 year olds. The 5 year old has a Rubik's Cube that he loves to play with, so he was quite excited to see this game. The regular gameplay was a little advanced for them, but they are below the age recommendations. The game has some alternative game options that we tweaked a little, and they had a blast. The game comes with a 3-piece Playing Board- which is very easy to assemble, Instructions, a Scrambler Cube ( with a tight-fitting lid) , and 48 colored pieces. Each player gets 4 of each color to put on their side of the board. There will be one space left over which is used to play the game as a Sliding Puzzle. The scrambler cube (with 9 multi-colored cubes in it) gets shaken, and the color pattern that is shown is what each player is going to re-create in the middle 9 squares on their board by sliding the squares around until they match the scrambler cube color pattern. The first player to complete their puzzle lays the center divider down over their puzzle, signifying the win. The divider only covers the outer edge pieces of the board, leaving the middle 9 pieces exposed. The instructions also include several different ways to play, adding extra twists to the game. There are no noisy bells or whistles, it does not require batteries, and is not complicated to play- just challenging to be the first one to complete your puzzle. I like the metallic colors that they use for this game- it really gives it some extra 'Pop'. The game doesn't take up alot of space during use, making it great for travelling. All of the pieces fit nicely back into the box when you're done, I put the colored squares into a zip top baggie just to be safe. The only part of this game that I found I might change a bit would be the center divider, it doesn't always want to stay upright during active gameplay. But I think if I MacGyvered it with a rubber band and a paperclip it would be just fine. I would definitely recommend this game! A big Thank You to Spin Master for the opportunity to try out this game!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game proved to be fun for both my children (ages 12 and 10) and myself. It's fast paced, great when you don't want to play a long game. You have to use some strategy as well. I would definitely recommend this game for children at least 7 and older.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves Rubix Cubes so this was perfect for him to try out! I think he definitely enjoys it as he keeps it beside his bed and plays it at night before he goes to sleep! Helps him wind down haha!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as my son saw this Rubik puzzle strategy game he squealed with delight. Saying he was just looking at these online. Kids set it up right away and have played a few times with it this week. You shake the metallic dice and have to match the pattern on dice the fastest by shuffling the game pieces like those square puzzles I always got as a kid in the 90s. My son cant solve Rubik cubes that are 3*3 or bigger so this was a challenge for him and I as we can never get the last piece in the right place. My daughter can though so son hasnt wanted to play against her much, haha. Great mental game.
Thought this would be a fun gift but it'll just be stuck unused in the game cabinet so I'm returning
