rolls really smooth easy to maneuver
This is a fantastic product
I love this product. Easy to take with you on the plain. Fits perfect under the seat with plenty of room for your pet to be very comfortable.
The bag overall is designed wonderful and affords the pet more room while waiting for your flight. The rollers are a good quality and should last. My only negative is the hard plastic supports that are in the bag to help keep the shape. On our first trip, since there are areas I had to carry my pet in the bag, the plastic supports have sharp ends that cut into the fabric and happened to bust through 2 sides of the bag and protrude out. Luckily I did not cut or scratch myself. I had to apply a couple of layers of duct tape to try and keep the plastic pieces inside the bag. I suggest you file down the plastic pieces to smooth them and add some extra fabric at the ends inside the bag to address this issue. I did not expect to have this issue upon the first time using the bag! Overall, great design for the travel bag - just subpar execution of finishing touches.
