ruffies drawstring black lawn and leaf bags
I would not use this as a lawn and leaf bag they are not strong enough. But I use them for a trash bag and they are great for this use!

Good for the money
These are a good buy. Resistant enough for leaves and small sticks. My only problem is not with this item, but with my neighbors blowing and throwing all their leaves in my property when I don't see them. I ended up filling up 20 bags on my first leaf pick up.
