Ruffles & Roses Sheet Cake

Everything was ready ahead of the order time and looked beautiful. The icing work on the sides, flowers, and the hand-written message were done very professionally. It looked just like the photo on the website, and the pink/rose icing was a lovely shade.

This has to be one of the most affordable sheet cakes around, for one so beautifully decorated. The taste was spectacular, not too sweet, but sweet enough. There was plenty of cake to share with a very large group so be assured that it will work for you. The price is always the best and it's hassle-free to order online and the customer service support by phone is wonderful as well. Most helpful team.

Cake was good. Not sure what the white flowers are made of. Don't know if they are edible or what? Could use a few more pink flowers on top seeing it was a half sheet cake. Price went up since I bought the same size cake at Christmas. Otherwise frosting is not too sweet. Will purchase again.

Cake overall looked like the image ordered. Unfortunately, bakery staff isn't skilled on writing on cakes. while I know this when we buy a cake in store, kinda thought when we pre ordered and they had 4 days to write on the cake, someone skilled would be writing on it. Next time I'll skip the message and buy icing to do it myself. The cake tasted great.

Daughter picked out a dusty pink design and selected light pink for the lettering. When we picked it up it was Barbie doll hot pink with different detailing and the sides were overdone/falling down. She said it tasted fine but she was disappointed in the appearance. I'm not sure if they just didn't have light pink but they didn't let us know it was being changed, so we picked it up the day of her party and didn't have time by then to order something else. Additionally, we ordered chocolate and it was half vanilla, half chocolate. There wasn't even an option to select that online. It ended up being ok, but again, not what we selected.

The cake itself was not the issue. It was the customer service at the bakery department at the Hancock Village Walmart. My order was not ready at the time it was paid to be ready at. The cake lady found it appropriate to laugh when my cake was not ready. I was given every excuse under the sun as to why it was not ready. But when something is paid for and supposed to be ready at a certain time, it is unacceptable to act like you weren't going to do anything to make it right. The decorations were fake because “I am not the one who makes the edible flowers”. The cake was frozen when I arrived and all the icing slide off the cake before I could even cut into it. Disappointed is an understatement as this was for my 8 year old daughter. I will not be purchasing another cake from the Hancock Village Walmart ever again.

So disappointed. Ordered a cake a month in advance for my daughter's baptism. Day of when I picked it up, it looked nothing like I requested. The writing was awful, the colors were not what we picked and there was hardly any of the filling we chose. Very disappointed. I could not return or wait for another one to be made since I had to pick it up the day of the party. When I called to explain the problem no one answered the phone. This has gone on for days. Never ordering again

I ordered a cake for my mother's 70th Birthday and that will be my last time ordering a cake from this location. My cake was completely ruined by the incompetent cake decorator at this location. The top of the cake was sloppy and messy. I also paid for strawberry filling and once I cut into the cake, only some of the cake had the filling. The store manager Angela refused to make it right. I will be call the corporate office to get a resolution.

This was a disaster. The idea was beautiful. Walmart made my cake lopsided, sloped on the corners. Worst of all the wrote the message in the same color as the background. Then when I asked to have it fixed I was told “sorry, no one is here that can do that”

I ordered a white cake and they gave me a yellow cake and Customer service was no Help because I got it from my daughters bridal shower and once we cut into it we realized it was yellow and my daughter was devastated because she hates yellow cake!!!!
