Ruffles & Roses Sheet Cake

This has to be one of the most affordable sheet cakes around, for one so beautifully decorated. The taste was spectacular, not too sweet, but sweet enough. There was plenty of cake to share with a very large group so be assured that it will work for you. The price is always the best and it's hassle-free to order online and the customer service support by phone is wonderful as well. Most helpful team.

they did a great job on the cake.however there was no communication at all after order was placed. i was notified the day of pickup.luckily all went well.would be nice to be able to track it just so you know it's is on the way in case there was a mixup

I was not sure how this was going to turn out for my event but I was on a budget and needed to make things come together regardless of financial constraints - this was exceptional. Ordering online was seamless and so was pick-up at the Valley Stream location with the exception of an older lady who was out front decorating a cake and was nasty to my husband without provocation. Look into her please, there were only two people on staff on the morning of Nov 9th between 8-9am, a young woman and an older lady, Back to the cake, it was moist, the filling was generous and not thread like, the appearance of the cake was as beautiful as the picture. I really liked it and will order again.

Great custome service in the Bakery department, i've ordered cakes many times and i'm always greeted with a smile. The cakes always look beautiful, and they taste wonderful!!!

Bought this for my graduation party where we had roughly 45 people come and it was amazing, we didn't even have any leftovers. The chocolate was delicious and light and the frosting was perfect not too much and not too overpowering.

This cake was absolutely delicious!!! cake was so moist and the buttercream was perfect!! Had this cake made for my mom's 80th birthday and it was perfect! Thank you for all your hard work!

The cake and icing decorations were beautiful. The cake was delicious and moist. The handwriting was a little bit sloppy. I wished the writing was a little bit more polished to match the rest of the cake.

Another Walmart bakery fail. Cake was not centered on the tray when it was frosted. It was set in my cart so I wouldn't notice until I took it to car. Was it the end of the world, no. But very disappointed. How do you even put the cover on like that and squish all your work? I don't understand???

The cake itself was not the issue. It was the customer service at the bakery department at the Hancock Village Walmart. My order was not ready at the time it was paid to be ready at. The cake lady found it appropriate to laugh when my cake was not ready. I was given every excuse under the sun as to why it was not ready. But when something is paid for and supposed to be ready at a certain time, it is unacceptable to act like you weren't going to do anything to make it right. The decorations were fake because “I am not the one who makes the edible flowers”. The cake was frozen when I arrived and all the icing slide off the cake before I could even cut into it. Disappointed is an understatement as this was for my 8 year old daughter. I will not be purchasing another cake from the Hancock Village Walmart ever again.

Absolutely P!$$ED off, this was our daughter's 13th birthday. Clearly someone did not do their job by making sure the One most important decoration was done CORRECTLY! HER NAME!!
