I use Rugby arthritis cream for my knees and I'll keep on using it. At this point and juncture I've also came across another capsaicin product that's 0.1% and thus far this well too. I've been using capsaicin cream few years and well I'm pleased with all. For anyone reading this review the other capsaicin product is from Trifecta pharmaceuticals USA out of Florida. For anyone that feels the warmth from capsaicin and donot want that warmth then don't use 0.1%, for me I'll keep on keeping on using it.Why, you ask because I've used the capsaicin cream a few years and I'm accustomed the warmth and enjoy the relief that I receive. So all in all CAPSAICIN cream is very good 👍, to all people's learn to overcome life's difficulties, peace to all reading.........

Made my skin itch enough to not use it anymore
Didn't notice any relief in my knuckles from this ointment but it did make the skin itch enough that I only used it once.
