same brand and color, but these are much smaller than the same brand i pickup at the pharmacy. i wonder why? does it have fewer vitamins and nutrients?

The item is great! The shipping process is a lie! They are supposed to deliver at door but they put down stairs in a parcel box! Kind of defeats the purpose for a handicapped person!!
