I didn't use this for a cessation of smoking. I completely stopped smoking almost 15 years ago. The mental clarity and the gut benefits of nicotine have been truly amazing. If you dont believe me, Google search where and when nicotine was 1st discovered and then read about what the explorers said the natives use case was.

Great proof
The only thing that didn't like was the access of the product. Had to be shipped because my local store doesn't carry it.

Reasonably priced
Several good things about this product. First of all, the cost is much lower than other brands. Second, I could actually separate the pieces because the perforations were well made. But for some reason, it didn't seem that the gum lasted as long as other brands. Overall, I would recommend this product.
