Sticks ok, as I peel only one side at a time. That side sticks, while the other side is still covered. The second day I remove the other side. Then it sticks as well. I only use one half per day.

Really like this product. Some patches leave a metallic taste in your mouth, rash/itchy skin where you apply it. I can't even tell that I have this one on. Also, the material is very flexible and adherse to skin very well, unlike some other brands.

I have purchased these before on another site and these patches are yellowed, not white. I question if they are authentic. I saw no results from them. I will not be ordering again and have thrown out the ones I received. Be cautious if you are thinking of ordering these,

These patches are counterfeits. After using for a couple of months I've realized that these Rugby patches are NOT authentic Rugby patches. Back to buying from a legit store on Amazon and my health will be back to where it was before using these fake patches!! Don't buy from this store!! Authentic Rugby patches are top-notch but these are not!
