Great cover
Easy installation and good fit, easy to use, and the supports work great to hold it open when loading. Improvement over the Mopar version I had on my previous Gladiator.

Solid Product
Very pleased with the cover. The instructions could be improved - maybe a Youtube video. But…figured it out. Did have to retap some holes in my Jeep, but no big deal.

Looks good works great
I installed it and within the next few days had to drive two hours in a tropical storm (heavy rain and strong winds). All my gear stayed dry.

very nice cover
Directions and online instructions are lacking, due to the manufacturer updating the design. Luckily when I called rugged ridge they gave me the number ofvthe manufacturer who did say they updated the design and walked me through installation. Cover does seem a little short, it could be 1 inch longer. I had to install extra weather stripping because of this and there is still a slight water intrusion from light rain. I wouldn't trust a car wash.

All in all, pretty happy
The cover arrived damaged, looks like from a forklift. The damage was on the underside of the cover, and I didn't see it until installation was done. Installation was surprisingly easy. A couple days after installation, we had a heavy downpour. As soon as the rain stopped, I checked the bed, and it was dry. So far I'm satisfied.

Some finish problems and unresponsive customer support
Cover is installed and doing the job. There were several screws on one of the side rails that had punched through the surface of the rail. I believe it is mostly cosmetic, but time will tell if it affects the waterproofing or structure. I reported this to customer service (with pix) along with a minor question on installation and never heard back on either. I resent the query a week later and still no response. A few weeks later, I got an email saying the ticket was being closed until I replied. I replied and still nothing. Not in my spam either.
