My jeep has the factory subwoofer. Easy to cut out for a perfect fit.

Right Cargo Liner
Perfect fit for the easy to clean liner that makes the floor flat. Removal of back seat in my 2-door needed a complete cover of the floor to make it more comfortable for my two dogs.

Had to make cut to accommodate a sub woofer, which was not a problem because cut guides were available. Fits perfect, love the looks.

Rugged ridge cargo mat does not fit unless it's trimmed
The cargo mat does not fit the cargo area unless it is trimmed which was not advertised to trim. Also covers up front tie down hooks and cannot use them unless I take the liner out which gets away from the purpose of the mat. The agent did not tell me that they needed trimmed nor is it advertised that way. I have since found that rugged ridge makes exact fit with cut outs for tie downs. This mat has no place for cut outs. I kept the liner because I felt I've had enough run around and will deal with what I have. Kind of pricey to be unhappy about purchase but guess ill deal with it.
