This rug pad is quite amazing! It does measure 7/16 inches, and seems to be uniform thickness throughout. The non-slip backing is awesome - it really DOESN'T slip. The combination of the thickness of the pad and the resilience of the rubber makes is really nice to walk on. It is a good insulator, also - the cold creeps up through the floors, but not through this pad. My feet are so much warmer! Combine that with it arrival a full WEEK early - I am quite pleased! I will buy this again! I'm even considering replacing other pads that I already have.

I found this carpet pad exceeded what I expected! It was firm, yet soft under the carpet (we did purchase the thicker of the thickness choices, 7/16ths) . The backing makes it slip resistant, another excellent feature. All in all, my husband and I both think it was well worth the price.

Very good quality pad and very comfortable under feet. It was more expensive than most but Im hoping the durability will make up for it. Nicely packaged for delivery. So far Im happy with it.

I bought 7/16 Thick rug pad. I was little concerned what if the pad is too thick but I think this is perfect thickness! The rubber pad on the bottom is solid and strong. I tried to move the rug with the rug pad, and it was impossible to move it. Some review says "it stinks" but I didn't smell any toxic smell. This is perfect thin rugs solution!

Round 3 ft underpad 1/4 inch thick felt pad, affordable, wonderful quality, price, right on!!! Dont hesitate if you need a round area rug underpad, this is it!!

I disliked the fact that I received the wrong size! I would like to keep it, but I need the right size. I would just re-order it but I'm afraid the same thing will happen.

This product looks like it will accomplish its designed function just fine. Walmart advertises this product as made in America by the brand FANXINYI. One of those claims is probably not true - This calls all other information provided into question. The surface of the felt-like material appears to have been coated by something that melds the fibers. (Is the process and coating safe?) The photographs in the ad do not represent this, nor does the provided information. I am interested in the sound damping qualities of the product and that coating will affect its ability to damp sound.

First time buying from this company the price, quality, thickness was awesome but I had to return the carpet pad for refund because of the horrible smell. I will never order from this company again.
