For the longest time I have used whey protein as a meal substitute, while on keto and off. I never felt satiated and always ran into hunger issues. Then I found that Rule 1 had an affordable casein. Not only does it keep you full longer but the texture and taste are absolutely wonderful. Know that the texture is naturally thicker than whey, but 1 scoop mixes perfectly into a large Shaker bottle.

We all know that Casein protein is best for slow digesting and normally taken before bed to build over night. But this protein works for that (obvi) but I started taking a scoop with milk and drink it for lunch. it fills me up and gives me the energy needed to get through my evening work out. (side note- 16oz of milk and 2 scoops of this protein in the blender, pour that in a tub and pop it in the fridge. tastes just like pudding and has that same consistency)

I absolutely love this protein powder it mixes up thick and is slow release perfect for breakfast if it will be a stretch until lunch and also excellent before bed to keep you satiated and having that slow digesting protein.

I've been using Rule 1 casein before bed for 3 years now. The vanilla flavor is great and mixes easily. Can't beat the price.

It's my favorite Casein Protein on the market. I love using Rule 1 casein. I typically use it in my baking recipes but also do it as a protein shake and with ninja creami ice creams.

I give this a solid 4. I tried mixing with Almond Milk but ultimately settled on water due to the emulsion with the Almond Milk. Flavor wise, the chocolate PB is top tier.
