[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it shakes and dissolves so easily into water. The flavor taste like a mocktail and the quality of the aminos is top tier!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These taste great. I purchased the fruit punch and cherry limeade flavor. Good quality that mixes well in water. I use it for my workouts.
Love the flavor and look forward to receiving the electrolytes and aminos first thing of a morning. The taste is great and you don't get tired of drinking it.
The taste is really nice, for me it's not too sweet but if it's too sweet for someone, you can always add a bit more water. It dissolves fully. I've tried electrolyte mixes before that don't dissolve fully but this one does. You do need to stir it a bit more than regular electrolyte powders bc of the amino acids in it. I like the composition, I was looking for EAAs in a liquid form. I wish they would've included also some water-soluble vitamins in it. The only downside with this product is the sucrose in it. I would preferred something with stevia instead. But it's a minor issue. Overall it's a good product.
I'm really glad this product is available through iHerb, especially since it's not easy to find locally in our country. Rule1 Essential Amino 9 has become a staple in my workout hydration and recovery routine. I usually mix a serving of this with my electrolyte powder, and it works perfectly. It dissolves easily especially on room-temp water. The fruit flavor is excellent — it blends well with my unflavored hydration drink and has no unpleasant aftertaste whatsoever. The quality is top notch--9 amino acids means no cut corners. Rule1 products are known for clean ingredients too. What really stands out for me is how low-calorie it is per serving. At less than $1 per serving, which I can mix into a liter of water, it's way more affordable than most commercial sports drinks, and delivers better recovery support. If you're looking for an effective, great-tasting, and budget-friendly amino acid supplement, this one is definitely worth trying. I just hope they reduce the height of the tub. Taking a scoop becomes a challenge especially then there 's only a few amount of powder left.
This is not the same as the pre-lift wild grape at all. Not even close. I can't get enough of wild grape and wanted something without caffeine that tastes the same I can drink during my workout. Turns out this tastes nothing like pre-lift and is so bad I have yet to be able to give it away to a friend for free.

Red dye #40 is completely unnecessary. I missed this in my review when purchasing but as a supplement company focused on health and well being, this additive shouldn't be a part of it.
