It came on time. The only thing is that it was to come with nylon nuts but they were just stainless steel. It just means i have to keep tighten them regularly.

It is very hard for my chickens to use. The peddle they stand on is tight making it hard for them to open

Loud
For the most part its fine but I wish that it had a slow close or something to make it not so loud when it closes cause it scares the crap out of my chickens and they want nothing to do with it.

the screws keep coming out of it has to bend the arms to get it to function properly

When properly tightened it didn't want to open it close easily. Billy's stepped out and disappeared almost immediately.

Hungry Chickens
Half of the bolts and nuts were missing. The delivery happened in the rain so the box was ruined. That's why I didn't return it. Poor workmanship

Very disappointing
I don't necessarily think it was the sellers fault because the shipment arrived on time and in good condition it's just cheaply made I would never purchase this it look like a kids toy
