All the disks were out of order. None of them have any indication of which order to watch them in. We had to start each disk and go into the episode guide to find the first episode of each season and to find the next disc.

The DVD case was completely destroyed. luckily the dvds seem to be ok but they were also out of order in the boxes. the season 1 DVDs were in the season 2 box. I mean the DVDs are fine it's just I have no place to store them now and it's disconcerting that they were out of order

Some of the disks can not be read. I am really disappointed. I want a refund!
