May find it a bit pricey for candy, but these are made for diabetics for a quick, tasty treat. Does have an "osmotic laxative effect" so you should not eat more than a couple in one sitting. Recommended, but in small quantities due to sugar alcohol content.
Absolutely tastes like the real Russel Stovers with Completely Zero after taste because the Stevia Version turned out to be a Perfect Formulation! Stockings should be filled up with these Great Varities! I love Caramel, and Rarely find Sugar Free that doesn't make Me Wince! More Please!
You cant tell that this scrumptious candy is sugar free. Its that good. Rich and smooth. The dark chocolate is not bitter at all. Its a fabulous way to have candy when you can't or dont want to eat sugar. Sugar free goodies have come such a long way.
I love Russell Stovers, there's honestly nothing I dislike about it. you get a decent amount of candy for the price. my favorite is the pecan clusters. I love how smooth and creamy the center is,I know a lot of people don't like sugar free, but honestly these are so good for being sugar free!
These are fantastic. I gave some to my parents, neither one called it out as sugar free. Considering caramel is mainly, if not only, pure sugar I find that and these candies to be impressive. I mention the portion thing because I don't want anyone to make the mistake of thinking that these are okay to grab a bunch of at once. They will hurt you, gastrointestinal-ly. (Plus they're not low cal just sugar free.) Stick to the recommended amount though, and you're golden.
These are great! We have worked to remove most of the sugar from our diet. The biggest thing we end up missing is being able to have a little chocolate once in a while. These have dilled that craving perfectly! Without the wrapper to let you know it's sugar free, you probably wouldn't know. Two of these %26 our cravings are met! Absolutely recommend these for anyone looking to limit their sugar intake but love chocolate.
These same bags used to be $8-9 before certain world events having to do with viruses but the manufacturers used that as an excuse to raise the price a large amount back then, and then slowly it rose more with the general inflation up to about $13.50 give or take a bit now. Diabetes prevents me from having normal sweets so I am forced to accept the price gouging on sugar free ones every now and then when I just really want some candy.
i am basing my rating on previous experience with this item, as once again, Walmart promised delivery and two days later had still not shipped the item with no word on when they would be delivering to my location. i canceled the order because this is the second time this has happened.
Evidently RUSSELL STOVER no longer cares about customer service. My last several bags have contained fewer pieces than the label states, and some of the candy wrappers are empty. I emailed RUSSELL STOVER each time this happened, including screenshots and packaging info. But I have never had a response. This is disappointing because the candy is expensive but we aren't getting all the pieces that we pay for. The candy is a nice treat, though.
This product gave me horrible diarrhea for over a day and still counting. I'm so sad that this happened to me. The candy was tasty but the diarrhea started instantly. I hope this is over soon but it's been over 24 hours I'm so miserable walking is scary and I haven't been able to sleep because of the discomfort in my tummy and I'm scared I'll toot in my sleep and make a mess. Sorry for the graphics but this is a real honest review. I wanted to like it but the sharts and diarrhea is not worth it.
