What’s taters, Precious?

Sarah November 12, 2025

It’s a potato. There are many things you can do with a potato. Boil it, mash it, stick it in a stew. You can make hooch with it. Fry them, bake them, cut them into spirals and deep fry them. Potatoes are versatile and delicious. I recommend potatoes.

Great Potatoes%26 Price! Love Curbside Pickup!

Anonymous December 15, 2025

I wasn't sure about letting someone else pick out my produce but I really wanted potatoes that night and didn't have time to go into the store myself. Long story short, I couldn't have done better with the selection. Two perfect potatoes is what I received!

Shoppers not good selectors

OrphanAnnie August 31, 2025

Out of the last two orders only one potato was firm and fresh. One was old with several cuts. The other two had rotten sections which had to be cut out. Either the shopper for my delivery doesn’t know how to pick fresh potatoes or they are instructed to “get rid” of the old and blemished ones on unsuspecting delivery customers. This is why I limit my fresh produce selections. You are never assured of a good fresh item when picked by someone else.

Need better-trained picking people

Alan June 12, 2025

Not sure who is doing the actual picking of items, BUT Walmart should make sure they know how to pick things. A potato with a clear soft spot should NOT be sold for use as a baked potato. They only work for products where you can cut out the bad part before cooking. I got 2, one was good for a baked and the other was only good for use as 2 servings of hash browns after being pealed and shreaded. About 1.5 inches if the center was soft and black.

I am usually VERY satisfied with this service, but my last order was not very good. I ordered 4 individual potatoes and was told that they did not have any potatoes. I asked for a 5lb bag and was told again that they didn’t have any. I found that hard to believe. I called the store and was told that they did in fact have potatoes.

Not even close in size

Cj November 11, 2025

Shopper picked potatoes that werent close to the same size and they were very small. They should know that most likely when someone buys 2 potatoes (like here) they will be baked and should match. This is where Walmart loses me on curbside. There is no place to add instructions. Instacart has that option that helps the shopper and the buyer.

Attention to details please.

Catherine June 11, 2025

Overall, my shopping experience was great, except for the baking potatoes. Instead of getting large baking potatoes, the shopper picked up small regular size russet potatoes, Therefore, I had to go to the store and purchase the larger ones, just a small detail that the shopper overlooked.

Please sell quality potatoes

Sandi August 8, 2025

I really love everything about Walmart… Except their potatoes. They are usually spongy to the touch and don’t seem fresh. I really hate going to another store just to buy just potatoes…. So please work on making the quality on your potatoes as good of quality as everything else in your store.

Horrible service.I did not receive this nor any part of my order.I complained. Then they asked me later how i would rate my call with so and so ...I did not receive a call -they argued back (!) that yes I had ..(!!) I have not spoken to anyone live. My order was stolen because they left it outside of a building on an alley instead of at my single family home behind my flower box as requested. They should have offered to replace it this continues to be ridiculous service. Over many days.... What is wrong with walmart question mark

Walmart delivery shoppers pick the worst produce

Gabriela July 5, 2025

The shoppers for the Walmart delivery always pick the worst produce. 1 of the 3 potatoes I ordered had a huge white spot on it that looked like it was rotting. I should have taken a picture. I will begin to do so because I have had the delivery membership for over a year and it always happens. Or the can is dented or something along those lines.
