Rustic Gray Bathroom Space Saver, Better Homes & Gardens over the Toilet Storage

Love this over the toilet space saver! Provides lots of concealed storage for a tiny bathroom and was sturdy after adjusting the feet. Gives a farmhouse style look. Was easy to put together by myself, no broken pieces, all parts and instructions included and correctly labeled.

In order to appreciate the elegance of this furniture piece you truly need to own it. I will start with the color. The rustic gray finish color will compliment any bathroom. As far as dimensions it is 26 inches wide, 9.6 inches deep and just under 66 inches in height. I have 3 bathrooms and it will fit in any of them, but I chose to put it in the main one since I loved it so much, and I get a lot of compliments on it. It has two cabinet doors with an adjustable shelf which is awesome for being able to put different bathrooms in it. There is also an additional open shelf. I found the hardware that came with it to be very durable , like they said. An added plus is the one year free subscription to the Better Homes and Garden Magazine which is a great magazine. As far as assembly it took me about an hour, taking my time and it was really easy. If you are looking for a space saver unit then look no further than this one.

I chose this particular unit because it was a close match to my bathroom cabinet. This provides a great way to hide toiletries in a bathroom that doubles as a guest bath. With the in-cabinet shelf at the height setting pictured, it seems I can store 4-5 bath towels on the top shelf. My picture shows one regular size bath towel on the top shelf. (Note there is an overhang on the cabinet, so that shelf where the towel is has more height to it inside.) I’m going to experiment with folding techniques to maximize space. I plan to keep extra toilet paper and folded hand towels on the exposed shelf for a neat appearance and easy guest access. Might add a simple decoration on the very top; not sure.

This product was super easy to assemble. It was in out and finished within an hour. The wood finish is rustic and goes well with our bathroom. I think it would go well with most bathrooms. It doesn’t feel like it takes up any space. The room seems just as big as before. The storage space has been a perfect addition to our family’s needs.

It is just as pictured. The box was damaged and product in tact but just a bit dusty. It was not too hard to assemble and definitely needs 2 people. All screws and parts were in the box. The only issue is screwing the stabilizer bar as the space between wall and product was tight based on where my toilet is located.

I think the Better Homes & Gardens over the toilet space saver provides a great storage solution for any bathroom. Whether it's a full bathroom or a half bathroom. I love that the rustic gray finish color complements my beige and brown bathroom decor. The sturdy space saver includes a two-door cabinet with an adjustable interior shelf, plus an open shelf below. You can store towels, washcloths, toiletries and more. On the top and open space of my toilet space saver, I put decorative accessories. Now you can use the toilet space saver on its own in any bathroom, or pair it with coordinating items from the Northampton Collection. Now, I know the box is labeled easy to install. However, it is a little time consuming. I would definitely recommend this product.

I received my Better Homes and Gardens Toilet Space Saver from the Spark Reviewer Program. I have always wanted a space saver for the guest bathroom. And I am a big fan of the rustic gray finish. Let me first tell you, this is heavy. I had my son help me unload it and help me put some of it together. This was protected and packaged very carefully. There were no scratches or blemishes on any of the pieces. Assembly took a very long time. There are so many parts and hardware. What was extremely helpful was every single part was labeled, as well as the hardware. I started assembly in the early afternoon, had to take a break and then finished that evening with my husband. I would suggest having help putting it together. We love the way it looks. (please see pics) It measures aproximately 5'6.5'' tall, x 25'' wide, by 11'' deep. There is only a few inches of clearance between the toilet tank and the bottom shelf. So if your toilet stands more than 33'' tall this won't fit. This also comes with wall anchors in case you want this unit secured to your back wall for safety. Not a bad idea. We are very satisfied with our Bathroom Space Saver and would definitely recommend to anyone.

It came very well-packaged it actually took me close to 15 minutes to unpack it. Assembly was very time consuming and tedious. I also felt the the instructions could have been easier to follow. I have a lot of experience with assembling furniture and this took me over two hours to assemble and install.The cabinet was a bit wobbly on just the legs, so I anchored it into the wall. In terms of quality, the cabinet seems very solid and well-made, for it not being constructed of real wood.It has a great clean and modern farmhouse look. The cabinets have a single adjustable shelf and are quite roomy. I was able to fit lotions, make-up bags, and a couple of folded towels in it. We have a really small bathroom and this really gave us the extra storage we needed without taking up too much space.

Nice look, poor quality. The knob used to open a close the doors fell of in my hand. I barely touched it. I tried to reinsert the knob that didnt work, I've even tried looking for a new knob to replace the broken one but I can only find it in gold which doesn't match the original hardware.

I'm very disappointed in Better Homes and Gardens! the top of the item went together well. when I got to the bottom portion, it was flimsy. the pre-drilled holes weren't big enough in some spots and too big in others. So the legs were flimsy and wouldn’t stay together. They couldn’t hold the top properly. The doors were difficult to install and the magnets would not fit properly with the screws that were provided.
