I am INCREDIBLY disappointed. I waited for days eager and excited for my package. Only to find that it is already cracked/broken. It appears as if the seller knew it was broken being the color and texture of the paint is different where it cracked all the way through. It wouldnt upset me as much as it does if it wasnt the main door lock. I havent been able to lock the door since I was needing this door lock. Now it seems as though I will be waiting even longer until I can get one thats NOT BROKEN!
